1. Select whether you would like to book a One Way, Round Trip, or Multi City flight
2. Enter your desired departure and arrival airports
3. Enter your desired dates and times. Note that the "Any" option will not be available if your organization requires you to select a specific time.
4. Enter the number of travelers. You may book flights for up to six travelers.
5. Enter your desired class of service. Note that your organization may restrict the use of first, business, and premium economy travel. The restrictions, if any, will be displayed in the search results page.
6. Select find flights.to begin your search
7. A list of flights will appear. Select the Detail button to view seat maps and flight connection information.
8. Use the filters to narrow the search results by price, carrier, airports, departure and arrival times, and number of stops. You can also narrow the search results by carrier and number of stops by clicking on the requisite box in the search results matrix.
9. Choose the Select button to the right of the flight you would like to book. Clarcity will confirm the price for your flight and present you with a matrix showing prices for alternative flights at different times during the day. Your company may also require you to select a colleague responsible for approving your flight and provide an explanation for any policy violations.
10. Select Continue to booking. Enter a new name for this trip or assign the flight to an existing trip. Trips allow you to organize your flights, hotels, and rental cars in one place. Enter the names, contact details, and frequent traveler numbers for each traveler.
11. Clarcity presents you with three options: Save and Check Out Later, Select Seat, and Continue to Check Out. Save and Check Out Later will hold your flights at no charge until 11:59 PM CT. Note that you may hold only one flight at a time on the same airline and on the same dates. Select Seat displays a seat map and allows you to choose your seats for each flight. You will have the option to save your flight from this page as well. Continue to Check Out takes you directly to the check out page where you may enter credit card details and purchase your ticket(s).
12. The status of your flight will appear on your Clarcity homepage. You may purchase tickets for flights which were saved by selecting Book flight from this screen.
