1. Select the Expense tab

2. Select the Credit Card Transactions tab

3. In the Select Card drop down, choose Add a new card

4. Choose whether you are using a business credit card or a personal credit card. If you are using a business credit card, select the Credit Card Account Name. This is a name that your administrator has assigned to the account that your credit card is linked to and is used to distinguish between credit card accounts that your organization has with different banks. Contact your organization's Clarcity administrator if you are unsure which Credit Card Account your card is linked to.

5. Select the credit card bank associated with this card. The name and logo of your credit card bank will be displayed on the front of your credit card. If your bank is not listed, you can still import credit card transactions to Clarcity by emailing your credit card statement to support@clarcity.com from the email address which you use to log in to Clarcity. Your transactions will be posted to Clarcity in one business day. You may email the statement in PDF, HTML, PNG, JPEG, or any other file format that you wish.

6. If you are adding a business credit card, Clarcity will automatically import all of your new transactions once each day. If you are using a personal credit card, you have the option of directing Clarcity to automatically import all of your transactions each day by choosing All Transactions Automatically or only adding those transactions that you select by choosing Only Transactions I Choose. Personal card transactions are only visible to you and colleagues who are designated as your Arrangers.

7. Enter the user name and password that you use to log in to your credit card bank's web site and the email address where you receive notifications from your credit card bank. If you do not have an online account with your credit card bank, visit your credit card bank's web site and follow the instructions or call the customer service number listed on the back of your credit card to set up an account.

8. Clarcity may present you with up to three security questions provided by your credit card bank to verify your identity. Examples of common questions include your mother's maiden name, the names of your siblings, or the city where you were born. If you do not remember the answer to a question, go to your credit card bank's web site, log in, and follow the instructions to create a new question and answer or call the customer service number listed on the back of your credit card.

9. Clarcity will display a list of credit card transactions. Please be patient as this process can take up to 3 minutes for cards with large transaction volumes. For business cards, select Save to add the card to Clarcity. For personal cards, select the transactions that you wish to import and select Save to add the card and the selected transactions to Clarcity.

Note: Your credit card bank will lock your account if you provide several incorrect passwords or incorrect answers to security questions. If your account is locked, call the customer service number listed on the back of your credit card to unlock your account.
