When you change the user name or password that you use to log in to your credit card bank's web site, you will need to provide the new user name and password to Clarcity so that your credit card transactions can continue to be retrieved.

1. Select the Expense tab

2. Select the Credit Card Transactions tab

3. In the Select Card drop down, choose the last four digits of the credit card that you would like to update and select Import Card Transaction. Clarcity will verify that the user name and password which you previously entered is no longer valid.

4. Enter the new user name and password that you use to log in to your credit card bank's web site and the email address where you receive notifications from your credit card bank.

5. Clarcity may present you with up to three security questions provided by your credit card bank to verify your identity. Examples of common questions include your mother's maiden name, the names of your siblings, or the city where you were born. If you do not remember the answer to a question, go to your credit card bank's web site, log in, and follow the instructions to create a new question and answer or call the customer service number listed on the back of your credit card.

6. Clarcity will display a list of credit card transactions. Please be patient as this process can take up to 3 minutes for cards with large transaction volumes. For business cards, select Save to add the card to Clarcity. For personal cards, select the transactions that you wish to import and select Save to add the card and the selected transactions to Clarcity.

Note: Your credit card bank will lock your account if you provide several incorrect passwords or incorrect answers to security questions. If your account is locked, call the customer service number listed on the back of your credit card to unlock your account.
