Receipts for hotel reservations, rental cars, and ground transportation are frequently delivered by email. To add those receipts to Clarcity:
1. Make sure that receipt is sent to the email account that you use to log in to Clarcity. If it was sent to a different email account, forward it to the email account that you use to log in to Clarcity.
2. Forward the receipt to the email address receipts@clarcity.com. The receipt may be included in the body of the email or may be sent as an attachment. The receipt will be visible in the My Receipts tab and available to add to an expense item within one business day.
